I had a really tricky part to order, after speaking to many suppliers including the part manufacturer My Tub were the only people to provide any useful help. I not only got the part I needed, I was kept up to date regularly about the order by phone and email. the service couldnt have been better. I will certainly use you again and recommend you to others. Good service, and while there was a delay in supplying all the items I was kept fully informed of the progress of the order. You even sent the order in two deliveries as one item was outstanding. You couldnt have done any more. Thanks

Although delivery took over a month, this was a part for a piece of equipment nearly 20 years old and myTub were one of the few places I found who could supply it, we were kept updated on the delivery schedule and your staff were very helpful when I chased the order. I would use myTub again.

On the one hand, the purchasing experience online ordering payment was fine, and the communication through the various stages trying to get a delivery date, clarifying delivery address, following up when deliveries failed to occur was very good.
However, the great let-down was the fulfilment of the order:
1 It was most disappointing, in this day and age, that a delivery date could not have been advised at the time of ordering. Most firms seem to have reasonable certainty and visibility as regards their supply chains.
2 It was also disappointing that this delivery date turned out to be TEN days after the day that the order had been placed these days, for anything other than bespoke items such as cars and furniture, its rare to have to wait longer than 3-4 working days.

Thought I was going to have to cancel my order as it could not be delivered when needed. Bathroom fitter due on 8/7 and item not available until 16/7 !
