Good website, very pleased with tap heads as I’ve been told I could no longer get them in Sheffield. Efficient service and updates on my order and delivery. Would recommend this company.

Hi,
Items were delivered in good time, however one point I would like to make is that the 3m length of chrome plated copper tube was in fact 2x 1.5m lengths.
For me, this is fine as the tube is intended to be cut into 3 pieces for supplying a chrome towel rail and supply into a shower, however for someone else this could have affected their installation.
Can you identify this some how withinthe detail on your website or even sell it in 1.5m lengths instead of 1x 3m length
Otherwise, everything was as expected.
Thanks,
...Mr Peter Suttle

Simple order taking by someone who knew exactly what I wanted - packed and delivered on time to MyTub, but one day earlier than I reasonably expected.
Thank You.

Goods due 05 08 2013. In spite of glitches with this order your customer service has been impressive. You have sourced alternative fittings and I have been kept informed of progress.
Thank you.
