I think the delivery driver had recently undergone a charisma bypass!
I was very surprised to find the ceramic basin was shipped without any pagaging or protection - a risky strategy I would think.

The supply of sanitaryware comes from the manufacture without packing we also use internal transport rather than couriers which is why the items get there in one piece.

Had great difficulty sourcing a small waste drainage joint needed to complete a refurb bathroom and My Tub had one and organised a UPS delivery which came 2 days later so job could be finished. Im happy to say you have provided me with an excellent service in sourcing the boiler part i needed. Two other companies had advised the part was obsolete, despite it being listed on their websites and taking payments. Im still waiting for a refund from the second company 5 days later! I phoned My Tub who checked while i was on the phone to confirm they could get the part and consequently it was with me in two days.
