We ordered a toilet seat which we believe is now discontinued, with my tub.co.uk and although it took some time before delivery they kept me informed at all times and the order arrived as promised. OMG the service received from mytub has been amazing. Having ordered the incorrect item Laurie was so helpful in chasing the supplier, copying me in on the regular chaser emails. There are not many companies that provide this level of service today. They did not give up until I had the correct loo seat and fittings. Thank you so much. I cannot recommend highly enough.

It is disappointing that you refuse to post small items when I was happy to pay internation postage with signature / insurance. The cost of sending 3 small items that would basically fit into an envelope is extremely high and to insist on courier service is disappointing.
