I initially phoned for information and received very helpful advice, and was able to order the goods online and arrange local delivery at no extra cost. Good service and good communication from start to finish. I have to admit that I was sceptical that the company would refund the delivery charge if I collected the item myself from a nearby plumbing supplier. But they did on the day I picked it up. So am very pleased with the service and highly recommend MyTub.
