Original order was not delivered as MyTub advised me the item they were going to supply was in a damaged condition.
They handled everything in a very professional manner.

Wow ordered this on Wednesday morning and it arrived that afternoon. Very impressed with the service. Website easy to use as was ordering. Item arrived all packaged intact and unopened part for an old boiler will be recommending and using this site again. Well done on a A1 service. Thank you.

Great service and assistance from your staff in Whitley Bay they could not have been more helpful. You were however let down badly by the Plumb Centre in Burnt Common near Guildford Surrey. I eventually had to go there to collect the basin because allegedly their driver could not find the house. It is on one of the main roads in Woking, to get into Woking from Burnt Common 3 miles he has to drive along part of it. I was told the goods were awaiting collection, went and found them still to be in the van on another random walk around Woking. When the driver returned I asked him what had gone wrong he said he got the first 50 yards along Old Woking Road, his sat nav told him to stop at the takeaway chinese so he did and gave up. All fine really, apart from a pretty slow delivery service. 6 days to deliver within the UK is I bit excessive, as Ive had things shipped from Napal in less time.

My order arrived next day which was great. But the item had to be signed for. I fortunately returned home otherwise I would not of received it. I was not given a tracking number so I had no idea when the order would arrive. Also on the website it asks where to leave the order, but this is useless as the delivery driver needs the items to be signed for. The logistics need some serious attention if your going to charge high costs for delivery.
