Had great difficulty sourcing a small waste drainage joint needed to complete a refurb bathroom and My Tub had one and organised a UPS delivery which came 2 days later so job could be finished. Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. Received ok unfortunately wife didnt notice the broken seal on box. All seem to be in there apart from instruction and template to hang cistern but managed to get this online. Maybe could of had extra outer packaging.
In all far better service than last place I tried to get cistern that only took 5 weeks not to get it and another 2 weeks to get refund!!
Good that you can check stocks and estimate delivery!
