The admin staff kindly brought forward the 1 month long delivery time so that we could receive our bath before Christmas. Unfortunately it didnt arrive on said date, so had to wait until the store opened after New Year. Although the product was good value for money, the free delivery that attracted us to the website in the first place was outweighed by the long wait for the product. All members of staff we spoke to were helpful and polite.

My order was delivered by Plumb Centre, Ipswich on date given. The fragile gaskets were undamaged but could have been better protected with a stiffening layer of cardboard. There was a bonus: 4 reels of PTFE tape which I had not ordered! Any ideas who missed out

Owning a much loved and reliable and efficient 20 year old Trianco oil boiler it was inevitable that the day would come when Id need to start replacing parts that are almost impossible to source. Very quick delivery once notified that the item had been sent. Seals exactly as described, easy to cut to size and fit perfectly. The only drawback was the wait between placing the order and it being despatched.
