I bought a Riello R40 G10 burner from MyTub about a year ago as retrofit for a 30 year old oil boiler which was in otherwise good condition. Our order was very slow to arrive, it took over three weeks. Although I was regularly updated on the progress of the order it was far to slow to arrive.
