first class service right up to the point of delivery... the delivery guy was in my wife's words "the rudest delivery, i have ever had", the guy just grunted "sign ere..." my wife then asked if he had a pen and he just said "no".... he then mopped off to the van and then put the package on the floor by the door and walked off!!!! seriously no manners.... sorry to say this would put me off using you again.

Slight issue with wrong item being delivered, however manufacturers fault and not My Tub. Excellent correspondence throughout. Cant fault the customer service, especially Jeannette who was very helpful. Many thanks and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Very pleased with your service, item was far cheaper than anywhere else and you rearranged delivery for several days earlier. Excellent response from your admin people they answered the phone promptly and phoned back when they said they would. Will definitely use your services again !
