Lovely company to deal with, although the item went astray, the staff kept me up to date with progress without me having to chase it myself. I was disappointed that you didnt have the toilet seats that I ordered but the alternatives you found for me are excellent. With all the different styles and shapes of toilets it is really hard for the ordinary person to go into a shop and pick one of the shelf and be sure that it will fit properly. These ones are perfect and are of outstanding quality.

You need a simple postal mail option for small items.
