Delivery exceptional !! Despite awful weather conditions my Water King Sentry was delivered on the day promised. I didn't expect that. also customer services were a pleasure to deal with. Disappointed, did not receive goods on date given. On further enquiry to My Tub customer service, adviser who was apologetic and took my details but did not phone me back with progress update, I had to re-phone for progress update and was advised by a more than helpful adviser that my order had not even been picked up by the courier for delivery and was awaiting dispatch. Had an e mail the following day with update on expected delivery date, unfortunately no will be home to receive goods on this date and will have to see what the courier does as I have been told the goods need a signature on receipt.
Not happy especially with the cost of £12 delivery charge. Post office do Special delivery next day service starting from £5 and order can be picked up locally if no one is home o

It took 10 days for the Order to be delivered from 20th Jan the date my account was debited. It is unlikely that I will use mytub agin as delivery service is far to slow.

Delay in getting the order to me because the item was discontinued but they did obtain it & send it. It arrived & a week later I got an email to say it would be delivered next Monday. Not impressed with that communication.
