I ordered a replacement coal bed for a Valor highlight fire. Even though the part is obsolete, you managed to get hold of a replacement. We really appreciate the effort in sourcing the part and getting it delivered to us a lot quicker than expected. The service is slow! When I order something on the internet postage is normaly under 3 days, but your orders take at least 2 weeks.
