The van driver couldnt find our house, so the item ordered was left in Chesterton - a ten mile round trip away. Anyway, we got the item eventually, so problem solved, and were very happy with the goods!

Thank you for your delivery which arrived on Thursday 21st February. It was a very efficient service when it came through. However I found your information confusing as the picture shown was what I wanted but I ordered the wrong item because it was the first on the list because I had spoken to an efficient operator , Christine, she corrected the mistake. I would have been more comfortable to have dealt with her all along. Sincerely Jennifer Mathias

Excellent service from MyTub.
Pity the toilet seat does not merit such a credit. This is the forth in 10 years, they tend to crack in the middle as the rear supports dont touch the rim of wc as they are set to high.

I am fairly happy with your service but wonder why you CONFIRMED
DELIVERY as 26th September, but it did not arrive until the 27th
Driver had papers with 26th crossed out & replaced with 27th BUT
NOBODY LET ME KNOW!

Good afternoon,
We are sorry about this.
We had confirmed the original date with the delivering branch but the driver could not physically finish his round, hence delivery the following day. We were not informed about the delay.

Ordered a bathroom cabinet panel on Monday. Received a phone call on Wednesday asking if it would be ok to deliver it that day, which it was. I received it early evening on Wednesday. All in all a first class service and would recommend to everyone.
