First impression counts! I telephoned this company to enquire if they could supply me with a high efficiency, fast recovery Grade 1 copper Cylinder with 28mm coil, constructed for thicker copper sheet 1.7mm2mm rather than normally produced copper thickness cylinders.
The company representative who took my initial enquiry was very competent, quick to grasp what I wanted, he suggested options for me to consider, then rang me back within an hour to provide me with a detailed quotation inclusive of delivery. I accepted the quotation and asked for representatives to contact me to arrange payment, and subsequently provide me with prior notification of the delivery date.

The original taps ordered were discontinuid and after searches alternatine replacements bathroom mixer taps from other makes were recommended. Great service. The item wasnt in stock once the order had been processed, in fact its a discontinued product, however Christine managed to locate one in Ireland and, upon payment of a courier fee, this was delivered the next day.

Products were good and so was the price however the delivery was far from acceptable.It took weeks to arrive.I needed the item by a certain date this did not happen as the goods were sent to the incorrect place .Not a very satisfactory service . I was told that nothing could be done as there was a stock take going on !
