Superb, thanks. Very customer centric. My son discovered a broken toilet seat on a Tuesday Morning. I found a replacement seat with you via web and it was with me and fitted by Thursday. Very good service and at a very competitive price. Your regular email updates re order status is an excellent idea. Hi there.
The first thing that went wrong was that the delivery date was shown to be very quick (which is why you got the order) - it was only when i had actually ordered the item that you subsequently informed me of the true delivery date, which was too far ahead to be of any use to us as we needed the toilet fixed before New Year's Eve as it was my birthday and we were having a party.
However luckily i rang and spoke to Laurie who was extremely polite and helpful and he took the trouble to check with the supplier for me if the item was in stock (which it was) and then arranged for the item to be delivered very very quickly. He deserves a medal as we were then able to fix the problem. He also took the trouble to wish me a happy birthday, which was above and beyond the call of duty.

We ordered the lavatory pan late on a Thursday and it was delivered early the following Monday morning. Our builder examined it and was very pleased with quality of it. Installation is now complete and I am veery pleased with my new cloakroom. Thank you for your prompt service and delivery.
