Thoroughly satisfied with your service, you kept e informed of the progress in sourcing the now discontinued taps, which were delivered within 24 hours of you letting me know you had dispatched them.

Lot less hassle than UK Bathrooms.com, better communication, fast delivery, keep up the good work, thanks.

Price was good, delivery excellent, product exactly right. Fitted in minutes, problem solved! Would happily use MyTub again.
"fix areas where we are weak and ad to areas we are strong"
:-) weak spelling perhaps, I suspect you mean "ADD to areas"

Barring some slight confusion over a late item which turned out to be delivered on time ! my experience was very positive. Everything arrived when I needed it in the end, and the prices were very reasonable. My one criticism is that some of the pictures on the website are misleading, as they either show the wrong item or additional items which are not in fact included.

The product was exactly what I wanted however, the delivery was not. Despite e-mailing to say "NO" to leaving the item at a neighbour, another to arrange delivery on a Friday we had a trial deliver on the Wednesday before and then to cap it all an eventual delivery on the day before we had arranged - BUT LEFT WITH A NEIGHBOUR!!

Exellent service, I was not at home when Yodel called, but they left the parcel with my neighbour.
Thanks again

I am only taking the time to respond to this message due to the professional and efficient manner in which my order was handled. Your telephone receptionist was very helpful and answered all of my questions considering it was a relatively small order.
Its a great service and the price was at least 50% less than I was quoted for a similar product. I will certainly use your services again and would recommend your company to anyone.
