I was delighted with the service I received from My Tub. The prices were much better than any I could have got from any of our local stores. The delivery was prompt and fitted in well with the new bathroom

The item arrived exactly as advised and the item is the correct replacement. However, the instructions for fitting the toilet seat are unclear so we are having to employ a plumber to make sure it is properly secured.That means we will have paid almost £200 to deal with this.

Not only were your products competitively priced but were needed at short notice by me, Christine arranged 1 item locally for me to collect same day and sourced another item and organised next morning courier delivery. Very competitive on price and excellent customer service , and I got a manufacturers genuine spare so quality should not be compromised.
Delivery was a day later than promised maybe its the Christmas rush, so be careful if your requirements are time-critical no point saving on cost of parts if delay costs far exceed materials savings.
