The item wasnt delivered when they said it would be but once I queried it, the communnication was spot on from there and they were very apologetic and i now have a working toilet again so cant complain too much!!

Very good service but I did not receive all I need for my gas fire. I thought I had ordered a complete set of replacement coals but I only have the loose coals and no fitted coals for front, back and sides of fire. Do I need another order no. for these The fire is on the front of a Baxi back boiler no. 0579299 described by gas engineer as 9 plus years old. I have recently moved into house. delivery driver said we would of had our order on friday but someone had put the wrong postcode on the parcel eg 5dp instead of 5dq so they couldnt find us.

Goods received OK, thanks. Slightly surprised that they were loose in an open-top box. E-mail updates received from you kept me informed, but would be more useful if your notes were in reverse chronological order - with the more recent comments at the top of the e-mail rather than at the bottom.

Thanks for your input we are looking into the notes order on the emails.
As we use our own distribution system for deliveries there is no need for excessive packing as the items come from the shelf to the van then to your door, all treaded with great care.
