Very efficient service. I requested some parts which sales assistant ordered from manufacturer and sent to me free of charge! Very pleased with the service received and the prices which were less for the same product ordered a year before from another website. The original delivery had some damage to the packaging of the wc resulting in some minor scratches to the pan. A replacement was dispatched and received within days. Impressive. The missing flush button came from the manufacturer which took a little longer. I would definitely recommend this company.

I did really want a couple of the flexi couplings which are listed on the Grundfos literature as an option for this pump.
