|Although my order was delayed, there was communication throughout. Customers do not get annoyed because a delivery has been delayed. Most people are reasonable enough to understand that things sometimes happen which are beyond the companys control. What customers find annoying is when the company cannot be bothered to keep them informed.
I was fully informed on progress practically on a daily basis and the item was actually delivered 6 days earlier than estimated. I am happy and particularly impressed with the level of customer service.
|In a word WOW. Customer Services contacted me immediately about an error I had made in ordering, which saved a lot of time and hassle obviously and my order arrived a day earlier than expected, shall defo recommend to my plumber when he arrives later. Many Thanks to all at My Tub

|My Tub deliveried the seat when they said. They also sent me an email re the dimensions of the seat l had ordered as there are 2 seats which are similar, which was a nice touch. No complaints.
