I ordered a Twyford Barbican basin from mytub because I love this piece and I could not find it here in France. Mytub was the only company on the web to take international orders so the choice was made. In a matter of ten days my twyford basin had arrived, in perfect condition because it was packaged extremely well in bubblewrap and wood casing. These guys are real pros, they also kept me informed with updates to my order pretty much everyday... If I ever need other pieces I need that I cant find close to home I will go with Mytub again, no hesitation! Thanks

We ordered a product from MyTub which was acknowledged immediately. Later the same day we had a message saying it had been dispatched via TNT. When after 4 or 5 days the parcel hadnt arrived. I contacted MyTub, who immediately acknowledged receipt of my email, then later that day replied that TNT had lost the item and they were dispatching another parcel that day.
