Absolutely fantastic service, from ordering to delivery I really have nothing negative to say. I was kept up to date every step of the way via Email. It was ordered and delivered within a 3 day period and was delivered in suitable packaging. The delivery driver was pleasent and professional. Like I said I could not fault any part of my order. Impressive communication and excellent rapid service.
Would have liked to easily obtain images for a number of items especially baths. Difficult to select without images and more detailed specifications in some sections.

Items received the next day after ordering. Ordered 2 x Bristan W BTH17 discontinued & received 2 x Bristan W BATH05, which is presumably the new replacement model. Very quick & efficient service.
