Easy to find and order parts arrived on time but info on status of order could be improved.

Hello David
We are sorry but the office had been closed over the Christmas period which would reflect why there had been none of our usual communication.

Hi
the part arrived although the outer packaging did not have the full address, but it did have the post code on it. The delivery operative had to open the packaging to get the full address of the invoice inside.
Thanks
