There was a little glitch with regard to the delivery period which changed after the order was placed but Christine resolved the problem and kept me informed. Quite happy to order again.

Excellent product. Works well with my old Stoves Cooker. Good price, but I thought delivery was a bit high at £5.99 for something which is very light.

very good service. My order was dispatched speedily and delivered on time by a helpful courier. Product 1200 cotswold sliding shower door and frame is as described. Good quality at a good price especially with free delivery.
My only slight negative is that mytub do not stock a matching shower tray to fit the shower door so have had to look elsewhere and arrange a seperate delivery.

Thank you for keeping me updated on my order. The part arrived yesterday and was packaged well. You let me know by email when the part would be dispatched and it arrived when you said it would. Thanks again

The order turned out to be more complicated than I thought, but MyTub stuck with it until I had the items I needed. Their communication was excellent throughout, and I am very impressed with the level of service. I will definately use MyTub again.

I can only compliment you on exemplary service. You took care to provide exactly what was required and took the initiative to keep my cost to a minimum. Your communication was also first class. Many thanks. Highly recommended.

Order received early on the promised date. The toilet bowl was in perfect condition but, rather trivially, the connector bend was covered in black, sticky grains which were quite hard to remove. Took much washing and scrubbing to clean it, but otherwise it was functionally fine.
Found the whole process, from finding what I wanted on the website, to phoning up to clarify some details, through to receipt of goods, to be very straightforward and efficient. Will use Mytub as the first port of call for future purchases.
The delivery man was a real comedian, in the true sense of the word. On a par with Tim Vine for one-liners. Put me in a good mood for the rest of the day.
