I had a really tricky part to order, after speaking to many suppliers including the part manufacturer My Tub were the only people to provide any useful help. i wont be using you again it took you two weeks to send par tfor the boiler has been repaired using parts from another supplyer as a gas engineer it is not possible for me to leave a boiler of for two weeks

MyTub kept me informed of the progress of my order at all times and although the order was not received by the estimated delivery date originally provided I felt that MyTub were genuine in their apologies and doing their best to expedite delivery. Once delivery was confirmed I received the order, a bath, on the specified day and am very happy with the quality of the item.
