I was pleased overall with my purchases. I did have a couple of questions about the products and delivery time which were answered although this took quite a long time. The service was first class with the item arriving next day. However I do baulk at the price of spares parts, my one tiny item a small 12" bronze body without the flow regulator being 1 16th of the price of a new boiler.
