The service has been fantastic. One of the products I needed was no longer available but Christine sourced an alternative from the manufacturer very quickly and amended my order. I was kept in touch with what was happening all the time. The order came on the exact date I was given I was out, but the delivery company have been equally good, easy to contact to re-arrange delivery.Everything has been so easy. Im happy to say you have provided me with an excellent service in sourcing the boiler part i needed. Two other companies had advised the part was obsolete, despite it being listed on their websites and taking payments. Im still waiting for a refund from the second company 5 days later! I phoned My Tub who checked while i was on the phone to confirm they could get the part and consequently it was with me in two days.
