Good communications both for estimating delivery time and once order placed. Delivery estimate was 2-3 days from order and the products ordered arrived 2 days after delivery. When I had a query it was answered very quickly. Would happily use MyTub again.

Very efficient service. You telephoned with an approximate time the order would be delivered and I received it well before that time. I will certainly use you again if the need arises

Excellent - the only company to think laterally enough to find me a replacement for my obsolete airflue duct. Thanks!

Ordering was good but the delivery took 20 days due to carrier probs and poor packaging resulting in damage. All sorted out and communication was good.
Thanks,
