The van driver couldnt find our house, so the item ordered was left in Chesterton - a ten mile round trip away. Anyway, we got the item eventually, so problem solved, and were very happy with the goods!

I recently had a domestic emergency with a broken diverter valve in our en-suite Aqualisa shower.
