The processing of the order was very good, with excellent communications over alternative parts etc. The delivery cost was astronomical, and when a massive lorry turned up to deliver a single valve i could understand why. The Customer Service at mytub were exceptional. The Roca corner sink and towel rail I had been searching the internet for I could not locate anywhere, but a quick call to mytub, not only located the sink in the UK but also located the towel rail at the manufactures in Spain.
A friendly service, who kept me informed throughout the search.

Hi, In general the speed of order was very prompt, I ordered on Sunday and received the part on Tuesday.
Unfortunately the part did not fit, with the attachment being too large. This does make me wonder why you are advertising indesit parts, that do not fit
