ANDREWS MAXXFLO CWH120/300 UNVENTED HEATER The Queens Award winning MAXXflo range of Commercial Condensing Water Heaters from Andrews offers a revolutionary concept in self contained, storage water heating for commercial applications. Featuring stainless steel tanks, these high efficiency water heaters incorporate a fully modulating burner function to provide maximum performance combined with economic running costs.

Heat input and water flow are carefully regulated to produce a closely controlled water temperature and our design principle affords protection against Legionella bacteria. Virtually instantaneous hot water is available since the heat exchanger(s) is sited externally to the storage tank.

The MAXXFlo range of condensing water heaters with tank options of 100, 200 and 300 litres capacity and a choice of 9 sizes from 30 to120kW provide numerous solutions for both commercial and industrial applications. The small footprint and multiple flue options enable the heater to be installed in unusually problematical locations.

The high efficiency heat exchanger, modulating burners and tank design allow the heater to generate hot water in the condensing mode up to 80% of the tank volume producing an efficiency of 109%. The water heaters can be installed as room sealed balanced flue appliances using concentric flue components supplied by Andrews Water Heaters.

Alternatively conventional flue components can be used (suitable for condensing appliances) giving a longer flue run. A digital electronic controller operates the pre-mix fully modulating gas burners fitted to each of the heater modules. The tank temperature, up to 70�C, is set on the master control. BEMS and other external interfaces are provided. Heaters are suitable for unvented systems only and a kit is supplied as standard. The temperature and pressure relief valves are factory fitted
