Very pleased with the service. Slight delay in delivery was communicated to me as soon as it was known about, and delivery followed 24 hours later.
Thank you.

Made an extra effort to find an item that was no longer available from the manufacturer and provided me with a resonable idea as to the time of delivery. An all round excellent service.

I ordered a toilet cistern which arrived promptly but I had selected the wrong item. When I called for help to get the right item, Steve was extremely helpful and patient in getting me the correct one. Many thanks!
