Our Rada shower tap arrived today May 11th, three days later than predicted and 27 days following our order which was placed on April 14th. Many thanks for your help. I did contact the manufacturer and I spent a great deal of time on the internet finding possible suppliers.
It appears that the part is definitely unavailable and I am now having to replace the cooker, even although it is still in "reasonable" condition.
