I have only been using a computer fora month so it is all a steep learning curve to me at 80years of age. This was my first attempt to order on line and iwas learning on the go! However I did manage the order "eventually" and found it easy once I mastered the art so your programme must be user friendly or I couldnt have worked it out. Easy to find the product I was seeking on the MyTub website. It was helpful having the product number against which to search.
Five days including a weekend from order to delivery.
Good communication including initial notification then confirmation of delivery date and information, when requested, of an approximate delivery time.
The product looks good and I assume it will work well as our plumber had no problem fitting it.
I would recommend.

Our Rada shower tap arrived today May 11th, three days later than predicted and 27 days following our order which was placed on April 14th. The produce is excellent but the delivery time was excessive and, if this is normal, should be indicated beside the illustration on your website. All communications about this have been prompt and courteous - thanks for that.
