long delivery time, but the part was good value and quality. Good communications throughout. I was surprised it didnt come with washers but not really an issue.

Good service and good communication from start to finish. I have to admit that I was sceptical that the company would refund the delivery charge if I collected the item myself from a nearby plumbing supplier. But they did on the day I picked it up. So am very pleased with the service and highly recommend MyTub.

Very slow delivery on urgent parts.
Staff were very quick to reply to emails about our concerns, but it still took a long time to receive the goods which were affecting our process.
