Product was as described and communication was good but delivery took nearly 2 weeks from placing order. A little disappointing.

Your price for the part I was seeking was the lowest, and although your supplier initially sent the wrong item, your persistence in getting them to rectify their mistake was outstanding. In spite of your advice that this delivery required a signature and in spite of my
presence in the house all day on Jan 16th the goods were not delivered.
On the morning of Jan 17th a neighbour brought the thermostats which had been left in their porch in full view and without your delivery man even ringing the doorbell.
We have the items but I do not consider this to have been very good service.

Excellent service 1010 always kept well informed.Even refunded postage as the item was delivered to my local supplier due to its fragile nature.
