I had an excellent customer experience. When I phoned to find out if the target delivery date was as planned due to me not being available on that specific day, the customer service was very helpful and eventually it was arranged that I could receive delivery of the order on same day as I had I had phoned. Within a few hours the order was delivered. Top marks to everyone!

I have only been using a computer fora month so it is all a steep learning curve to me at 80years of age. This was my first attempt to order on line and iwas learning on the go! However I did manage the order "eventually" and found it easy once I mastered the art so your programme must be user friendly or I couldnt have worked it out. Found the right part
Spoke to someone helpful who explained how to remove the old seat and lid which I did while he was on the phone giving instructions
Bought the part, it arrived quickly and is fitted

After ordering a toilet seat that was not for a standard sized toilet bowl that didnt fit. Your customer service was exceptional. A new seat was sent out and the other one picked up for me very quickly. It is so good nowadays to get help and advice that is needed. Well done!
Although in no way your fault, I think next time I might be better changing my toilet so a standard seat will fit, rather than replacing a seat at £92.
