Excellent service. I placed an order for a toilet seat, having never used you before. Received a phone call within minutes checking I had ordered the right item as there are different sizes available. Having confirmed item was correct it was delivered 2 days later. Very pleased.

Very pleased with the service of this company, as wed had difficulty sourcing the item locally. There was a slight delay in it arriving but I was kept informed of the situation all along, so it wasnt a concern. It took 10 days for the Order to be delivered from 20th Jan the date my account was debited. It is unlikely that I will use mytub agin as delivery service is far to slow.
