Although you initially only sent half the number of items presumably because of stock levels it was appreciated you sent these earlier rather than all later. Good price as well. Thanks!

The part I ordered came in reasonable time, I picked it up from my local plumb centre. At first I was quite annoyed at the fact that my location was going to incur a £15.00 vat delivery charge, this is maybe something that could be made clearer at the time of purchase, however , the communication between myself and your customer service department was excellent, and they assured me no charge would be added if I picked it up in Castlewellan. I would use you again in the future

My order was delivered quickly and early on the day that was given to me. I had to order an extra item, and this was handled very politely by the staff over the phone. I would recomend Mytub to my friends.
