Unfortunately, despite adding a note for the item to be left with a neighbour at the time of my order, and having received conformation of my note from MyTub, the item was still taken back to the depot from whence it came. To rub salt into the wound, Deborah, from MyTub, called me on the morning of delivery to ask what should be done with the item if no one was available to receive it. I wasnt able to take the call at the time and by the time I did return her call, the delivery had already been returned!

Just ordered some bathroom furniture and wanted to say a massive thanks to Rachel for all her help. I must have made a dozen changes and Rachel was fantastic getting me quote after quote.
Thanks again Rachel for all your help

Many thanks for the prompt efficient service we had almost given up on finding this spare part given its age but luckily you had it in stock
Thanks very much

Thank you for a quick and efficient service. It was especially pleasing to be able to source what must be a rarely ordered, obscure, component. It was also good to do so without the punitive pricing available elsewhere.

Second time I have ordered from you. There is always someone available to take a phone call with any queries and your emails kept me up to date with delivery details. Will recommend you to friends and family.
