Impressed by price and speed of processing order.
An image would have been useful as even though I got the product no from another web site with image am not 100% certain that this is the correct item due to the difference in prices.

After trawling through their website, I eventually found what I ordered. I was instructed to E-mail them to obtain a delivery date. They responded that they no longer stocked that product. However, they offered a similar product. I placed my order. Jeannette and Christine were very helpful. My product was delivered after a few days but it was the wrong size. It took longer than the 3-5 working days advertised.
Both the plumber and tiler had begun working on the en-suite and we thought that we would have to wait a few days for the door but the assistant, Christine very quickly dealt with the issue, ordered the replacement, which arrived the next day. Very quick delivery once I decided to place the order with the slight risk the parts were incorrect. It turns out they are correct. Pity your supplier contacts were unable to confirm for sure and didnt even bother to reply to you it seems.
