Delivery very slow and expensive. No additional cost for post at placing of order. Will not use you again.

While Id consider buying off you again, I was disappointed that the order price quoted was not the final price charged due to what I considered rather high shipping costs.
It also took some time from placing the initial order to actually getting it. The part could probably have been sent by standard royal mail for a fraction of the cost and I would have received it just as quickly.
My only advice to improve your online business would be to investigate mail and shipping options in an effort to reduce costs to the purchaser. Just ringing a courier is never going to be the most cost effective method.
Your customer service was good and the ladies were very pleasant and responsive.

Great price, cheapest on the market for the products I ordered, plus delivered the day you said you would.
Will definitely be shopping here again

I was happy with the ordering process and the items I received but thought that the P&P was very high for such a small lightweight item! (£5.99?)

Product arrived very quickly and was well packed. Requested a copy invoice at a later date and that was emailed within half an hour. Thanks Steve.
