Delivery exceptional !! Despite awful weather conditions my Water King Sentry was delivered on the day promised. I didn't expect that. also customer services were a pleasure to deal with. I am happy to say that the diaphram washers have arrived at last and they are exactly what we ordered at the start. The wrong washers were sent originally and it took ages for the correct ones to be sent despite the inconvenience of not being able to use the cistern for so long. This has been an unfortunate transaction but probably an exceptional one from Mytubs point of view. Good luck for the future. regards. E S SMITH.

Goods received OK, thanks. Slightly surprised that they were loose in an open-top box. E-mail updates received from you kept me informed, but would be more useful if your notes were in reverse chronological order - with the more recent comments at the top of the e-mail rather than at the bottom.

Thanks for your input we are looking into the notes order on the emails.
As we use our own distribution system for deliveries there is no need for excessive packing as the items come from the shelf to the van then to your door, all treaded with great care.
