It took a bit of time for the goods to arrive, but fortunately they were not urgently required. The delivery invoice had an incorrect street number on it but the delivery man used his initiative and called me, so the goods got delivered. A couple of glitches but nothing that would prevent me dealing with your company again. Thanks.

Had problems initially trying to determine the exact technical spec for the products being supplied and matching that with our requirements/expectations from the product. We had to do the 'leg work' to find the specification of the products you were supplying as you were unable to provide this information/concur with the information we eventually found on the product.
All other aspects ordering, delivery etc was excellent.

Laurie was brilliant. The item I wanted was obsolete but 1 was available, I couldnt order it on the website , laurie enabled it while I was on teh phone to him. The order was delivered next day and my shower doesnt leak anymore and I can turn my water on. All enabled because laurie at mytubs cared enough to sort out my £155 order. Very good choice of products, at competitive prices, and a relatively easy-to-use website. It would be helpful if stock availability, and lead-times, were displayed in real time for all products on the website, rather than having to make an availability inquiry.
