Good website which is very easy to navigate. Excellent prices which are very easy to pay. My only moan is why it was not possible to tell me that one item was out of stock with the manufacturer until the day delvery was due. Communication with me was good when thi happened - though too late to be practically useful as opposed to "just reassuring". Of course when youre buying over the internet, reassuring is very important when there is a glitch. All in all, a very crieditable effort by real people who do their best - which is not at all bad.

Thank you for the service that exceeded expectations, especially when your staff contacted me by telephone to advise that the part was obsolete, but then they went the extra mile to search and source the item from another suppliers old stock.

I have been sold an obsolete part at a discount. Located and despatched within an hour. Excellent.
You might widen your delivery options. Small parcels like mine could be delivered at a price of less than £3, especially if there is no rush.

The MyTub website was easy to use, I found the items I was looking for very easily, and the whole process right through to paying for my goods was very simple. Easy website to use. Item took six days to arrive, but well packaged and far cheaper than if bought locally by myself. Communication on the progress of the order and delivery including the you should have it by now email was excellent. Will use again the next time the boiler needs a spare part.
