In reply to your request - we now have thank you all our requirements. It was a prolonged procedure. The units required where not available although they were on your list of products so I had to buy them locally. Each time I asked something else was not available. Your staff were excellent at all times and I cannot blame hem for lack of stock. The product was exactly what I wanted however, the delivery was not. Despite e-mailing to say "NO" to leaving the item at a neighbour, another to arrange delivery on a Friday we had a trial deliver on the Wednesday before and then to cap it all an eventual delivery on the day before we had arranged - BUT LEFT WITH A NEIGHBOUR!!
