After ordering, I was kept upt0 date as it was processed and estimated delivery set. As this was finalised, I was given the actual delivery date the same and it was promptly delivered. The item was as described, undamaged, complete and the price was very good. I am a very happy customer because I shopped around and discovered a good supplier. service was excellent and speedy however charging £14 delivery for a £4.44 part is a bit to much . if it was me to make it an excellent transaction i would of placed in an envelope and posted it

Thanks you for your prompt service. Could not get ignition button for my cooker hob from manufacturers as no longer make them. You had one in stock and I ordered on Tuesday and received on Thursday - couldnt do better than that!!
