The product arrived promptly and was as described.
My one complaint is the packaging that was used. For the single support tube of about 12mm x 150mm, it arrived in a box that was about 300mm x 200 x 200, packed with another folded box, inflated plastic packing and was inside a padded envelope. All that was required was the padded envelope with a stiffener inside to stop the tube getting broken. In these days of trying to reduce packaging, this went totally the opposite way

Your website was easy to navigate with a huge range of products at excellent prices. I was out when the first delivery was made and no note was left so there was a delay before I called and discovered what had happened. Fantastic service! I needed a part for a boiler and the website search allowed me to find it very quickly - it seemed quite rare on other sites. Not only that but the price was excellent and free delivery included! I tried to phone the order in but was told the site was down but to email for a delivery estimate and then order online. I noted the urgency since it was January and that I have a young family. The part arrived within 24 hours and the boiler was fired up and working properly within 25!

The purchase process was easy and delivery was quick so I would definitely order from my MyTub again.
The product I ordered is a Dudley Tri Shell cistern. The cistern itself is good and strong so perfect for the install I had in mind.
A couple of issues I have found with the product. The Dudley flush valve sits nicely in the middle of the cistern. The inlet valve and ball cock arm foul on the side of the flush valve as the inlet position on the cistern is more central and the ball cock arm is straight. It should be cranked a little to avoid this problem. I have managed to get it to work although the ballcock arm remains in contact with the side of the flush valve body during flushing and filling so not perfect by any means.

the price I paid was very resonable, the delivery could have been quicker as the supplier I regularly use took receipt of this days before the actual delivery date.
I thought this would be sent direct
I infact asked how long this order would take to deliver and was told it was with woolsley waiting to be delivered two days later. You would please and maybe have returning customers if the delivery was quicker.
