Hello Mr Adamson
I am sorry but you should have been informed of the charge just after your order came through so you could have made an informed desicion. We only deliver free to the main land and this charge would have been unavoideable. Sorry again for the way this took place I am investigating who this came about.
Regards
Steve Marshall

Efficient and friendly service from the customer services team. Made a hard job very easy as my toilet seat was not standard size.

Very pleased with the toilet seat and the price. Delivery was a bit slow 8 days from order but then I wasnt in a particular rush and communications from the PlumbCenter were good.
